NeoSpire can store valuable data in an off-site, fully redundant facility, which is ready for retrieval 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


- NeoSpire Server to Disk Backup (NSDB)

The NeoSpire NSDB offering provides data backup and recovery. This solution is designed for data existing on servers and/or PCs. NeoSpire will configure our hardware and software, within our facility, to "talk" with a server in order to backup data on a nightly basis. In the event of an emergency and a company needs to restore data, they have two options:

1. They can either provide their own replacement server and NeoSpire will remotely restore all of the data to that server.

2. A client can ask NeoSpire to procure a server on their behalf and restore the data prior to delivering to them a replica of the old server.

- NeoSpire Server to Server Backup (NSSB)

The NeoSpire NSSB offering provides complete server-to-server backup and recovery. This solution is designed to provide a complete, dedicated replica of your in-house server including the OS and any applications. NeoSpire will configure the hardware and software, within our facility, to "talk" with a server in order to backup the entire server on a nightly basis. In the event of an emergency, a backup server is needed, NeoSpire will express deliver a new server so a company can be up and running with minimal downtime.

Geographic Redundancy Hosting:

Downtime is never an option regardless of its cause, and risk of downtime from catastrophic failures at the data center level must be a key consideration in any business-critical infrastructure planning. New and emerging threats, including global terrorism, are forcing organizations to think beyond a single data center for their critical applications.

Utilizing both Dallas and Atlanta data centers, NeoSpire is able to offer a solution where organizations house their primary servers in Dallas and standby in Atlanta. In case of a catastrophic event in Dallas, all requests to the customers? applications are routed to the standby servers in Atlanta, limiting downtime.

NeoSpire works with each customer to determine redundancy best practices for their situation and will work with them to replicate vital data from the Dallas location to Atlanta.
